I know someone who is in on this kind of thing already, basically one of the only ways left in this country to make cash tax free is to buy land, get planning and then resell. Although getting planning is very hard depending on the current designated land use, access rights etc.

Surely people dont sell land if there is a possiblity of planning permission ?

These all look in rural areas, prime green belt being just out of london

yeah, for sure if that bod selling the first one was at all 'positive' for pp, he wouldn't be selling so cheap .. but like I say, it's speculative, who knows what cd happen and when: compulsory purchase, zoning changes, oil Laughing out loud

How many plots you want brad Eye-wink

I got roped into buying some a couple of years back with my dad and his mates. They bought a block of 30 with each suitable for a 4 bed detached house.

Only issue is that its on green belt-ish land in solihull so nigh on impossible to get planning permission. They all decided to take a punt on it due to the housing shortage and hopefully that the government will need to make more houses.

You have to accept that it will be 'dead money' for a while maybe forever.

I'll chip in for a share though Smiling
