Seems that for whatever reason on here the levels of stupidity are rising. I fear for a great many fellow fukers and think that with help from each other we may help guide each other through life....

So you know those stupid questions you dare not ask for fear of looking foolish or maybe you have a situation that you feel the advice and experience of wiser people than you could prove invaluable, then post it here!

Maybe we can link the student thread directly to this one? Eye-wink

It will only get worse. Go see a Chiropodist. I had one before that I left a while and pain I experienced when she removed the ingrowing part was unbearable.

In the corners? I get them all the time. You need to get something like a thick pin ( i use an old dentists scraper thing, sterilised of course ) and lift the nail out to cut, can be hard to get to but with a pin you should be able to feel any deep growing nail material.. Then trim square and avoid cutting or pulling down. If you cut and leave a point it will hurt like hell once it grows back towards the skin. Invest in some good hardware and keep them trimmed. You'll know when you have cut it out proper as the pain relief is immediate .

Gross post!

Anybody ever had to go to court after being involved in a car accident?

My girlfriend had a minor crash last August and it still hasn't been settled. Her and the other driver were both heading towards a mini roundabout, coming from opposite directions. She was going straight on, he was turning right and drove straight into the side of her. Neither of them had right of way but what kind of idiot doesn't stop when crossing traffic coming in the opposite direction to turn right? If that was a normal junction and not a mini roundabout it would be 100% his fault.

Anyway, she accepted that it would be settled 50/50 but his insurance company want her to accept full blame and this morning she got a letter advising her that court proceedings would be issued. There are no independent witnesses, though she had a passenger. He was alone.

Damage to her car would have cost £1,000 - £2,000 to repair. His bumper would have needed painting but that was it. She took photos of damage to both cars.

Makes me wonder what the point having insurance is when the cunts can try it on like this.

The situation is made worse because I paid her excess so she could get her 1 day old car repaired and we're now in the process of splitting up.

Yea but just me and them sat around a table with a judge. They ask a few questions. They
Aleady have the statements then the judge just makes a decision.

Your toe won't heal in time if you have an operation on it. Chiropodist will do what dee says.
Both of my big toe nails have been partially removed now. Had one for about 9months, which hurt like fuck, especially as I used to skate with it.

Now have tiny toe nails where they cut the sides off Sad

@robii went to court a few years back over a car crash (army was driving dangerous on the M5 and crashed in to us). It was also kind of like Homer's situation. Just my solicitor and the judge in a small room. Just had a statement from them, no one form that party was present. Went through the details and made a decision that I was to be granted compensation.

It was pretty basic really.

Seems pretty cuntish that they won't accept 50/50.

because if robii's gf offered 50/50, it showed weakness, so hes probably trying to make her cave and accept full responsibility

She wasn't happy to accept 50/50, she blames him entirely, but the insurance company told her that it's her word against his so it will go 50/50 and she accepted that because there's nothing else she can do. His insurance company won't accept 50/50, probably because the damage to her car cost a lot more to repair than his.

What's gonna happen if they go to court? He says it's her fault, she says its his fault. No independent witnesses. What's the point? The judge isn't going to be able to look into his crystal ball and see what happened. How the fuck do insurance companies get away with this kind of stuff?

And I'm pissed off because I want my £400 back.

Esure and Irwin Mitchell Solicitors rape kids, fund Kony and made Rod Hull fall off his roof etc

I thought I had left my ticket from Liverpool to London in my girlfriends house so had to buy a 50 quid replacement from the ticket office. It later came to my attention that this ticket was in her bag. Which was in her hands. Is this reason enough to punch her in the cunt?

But the fact remains that while I was ransacking both bags I had, throwing my used pants across the platform, she stood there eating a bag of mini Jaffa cakes.
