Seems that for whatever reason on here the levels of stupidity are rising. I fear for a great many fellow fukers and think that with help from each other we may help guide each other through life....

So you know those stupid questions you dare not ask for fear of looking foolish or maybe you have a situation that you feel the advice and experience of wiser people than you could prove invaluable, then post it here!

Maybe we can link the student thread directly to this one? Eye-wink

It's £8,105 before you pay any tax, national insurance is less than that

what the fuck you guys???

you have to declare all your earnings you pair of tits.

this is gunna end up in tears Laughing out loud

btw, if you think "its only 4 grand, aint gunna harm anyone".. well wait til the company your worked for get investigated for tax. then they will come for you and then they will get heavy. you didnt pay the tax, so they will ask the company to pay your tax.. that will piss them off. and then the will have to pay your ni and employers contribution and all sorts of shit. all because you didnt declare money you wont pay tax on anyway.

You still have to declare it regardless if you're under the taxable limit. In fact you guys could probably have sneaked a rebate if you'd bothered.

you should just start now, at that kind of money its very easy to do for a year, would take about a hour max to fill out your return, and you can tax deduct a lot of your expenses also depending what your line of work is,so even if you trebbled what your earning now you would still after expenses likely fall under the threshold, do you have a proper job on top of this freelance work?

Just declare your money. You will have issues getting a mortgage down the line if you don't as most self employed people need two years worth of trading accounts.

If you are not bothered by that, just make sure your net profit ends up lower than your annual allowance to pay no tax or nic.

from googling im pretty sure i know the answer, but is there literally any possible way to free up a private pension fund?
ive had one set up for the last ~5 years paying quite a lot monthly and would rather have that money in cash with moving etc.
the only thing i can see is transfering the pension. (i assume you cant transfer it to another person?)
annoying how the hmrc cant take back their contributions, and then simply give me the dough back, everyones happy.

on a related note, does anyone have jacks contact info? as one of the easiest ways to release the money is to fake your own death

i dun truss gumtree and would never purr chase fuck all from thurr.

Update -

Just noticed the Gumtree ad is still up & still no tracking code sent from this bird, checked the Paypal payment....down as sent to an "Non-U.S. - Unverified" account that's under the name "alice morgan"
Googled the paypal address used to see if it was a known scammer but nothing shows up, googled "alice morgan scam" though & it throws up these:

http://www.419scam.org/emails/2007-03/31/00981855.10.htm
http://www.419scam.org/emails/2010-10/06/00031636.34.htm

419 nigerian scammers using the name alice morgan in emails circa 2007 & 2010 with the usual bullshit story of having millions in a bank account etc

Unbelievable coincidence or major tell tale sign? Puzzled Oops

Banged off an email asking what story is with getting them out to me & how come ad is still up, awaiting response....

Yeah Im 90% feeling Ive been done, the mention of a meetup for collection in the ad being the only form of the tickets changing hands though is the one part of it that says otherwise to me....there was never any mention of Paypal or postage etc until I initiated it

Gonna give it 24hrs & if I aint heard back its gonna be Paypal claim central & failing that Mastercard fraud squad Laughing out loud
