Seems that for whatever reason on here the levels of stupidity are rising. I fear for a great many fellow fukers and think that with help from each other we may help guide each other through life....

So you know those stupid questions you dare not ask for fear of looking foolish or maybe you have a situation that you feel the advice and experience of wiser people than you could prove invaluable, then post it here!

Maybe we can link the student thread directly to this one? Eye-wink

Suggest to him that he pays you a bit more and ask some questions about national insurance. He'll get the picture and bump you up to minimum wage if he does know what he's doing.

No one paying cash in hand to casual workers is going to be overly concernees/take what you say to him into consideration, there will always be someone else willing to get paid peanuts to do your job. Get onto your local temp agencies and/or pull your finger out and try harder to look for a new job.

sounds like the sort of answer youd get from tory boy.
will never happen, the most he would get is a big boot up his arse. (no homo)

There's gonna be a fair few people who'll take that job in a second, so be careful. My mum and aunt have people phoning up begging them for some work (they have a contract cleaning company) at quite a rate. If people are begging to be able to clean other folks shit infested flats in Hackney and Whitechapel I'm sure there'll be a lot more people willing to work at a gun club.

Shoot the guy with one of his own guns, hide the body and take over the company

It may be that he's already deducting your tax and national insurance from your wages, but I doubt it.

doesn't it depend how many hours a week you work and how much the base rate for your pay is, because I'm sure when I had a part time job at 18 they didn't even have to take off tax, I just got paid all of it

Blamtw, just out of curiosity has anyone ever blew there head off at your gunclub?? Some guy did that, that went to my mates club, shotgun to the head. Horrible stuff. Right, might be a very very stupid question so don't laugh but I've just moved back home (2 months ago) after finishing Uni in a different city and I really can't handle where I live now. It's the most deadout boring place ever and it's making me depressed.

I want to move but unsure of the procedure. Should I save first so I have a few months rent readily available then get a place and start the job search when I'm there. Or should I start the job search first and if lucky then sort accommodation out once a job is secure?
What's the normal procedure for deciding to up sticks and move?
Cheers.

Save first man. Get as much out of the cheap living as you can. Then get the fuck out.

what evers says ^

find the job - get a short term room in a flat/house share easy enough, and once moved you can try and find better accom once you're on your feet.
