Newcastle eating and drinking guide needed

Right, My bird is going to Newcastle for one of her hen nights. There is about 12 of them but they have no idea where to go for a meal or where to go afterwards. I've drawn a blank with my suggestions so can anyone help here? She doesn't want anywhere tacky or shit and its not going to be the usual Newcastle hen party. She just wants nice food and then somewhere that plays decent music and isn't full of fat red, faced geordie bloaters. Cheers. |

i take it shes going on a sat? if so then digital is the place to go for straight up house, its probably the only club (non indie) that wont be filled with the geordie vermin. food wise, i dont really know as i cant afford anywhere pricey if they re still peckish afterwards i work at maccy d's so will cook her something up |

went to digital sat, it is full of geordie vermin in there on a sat now.. fukicng nightmare.. Maybe World Headquarters for a bit dance afterwards.. not clued up on eating out at the mo |
but theres a new bistro type place opened in jesmond called 'as you like it' which is supposed to serve nice food. quite upmarket apparently as well
