first off, cool little interview with the man himself here

http://vimeo.com/9647158

secondly how does his stuff fit? I'm normally a small and and often take 36" in jackets, sometimes 38". Will his 48 fit?

can't comment on th fit of his jackets but i sized up in the sub knit. Great video, a bit rough on the editing, I would of liked to have seen the uncut version. Thanks for posting.

How cool does that man dress for someone his age? That denim over shirt he has on is a bit special, obviously years old by the looks of it. Does anyone know what the jacket is with the sliding horn buttons and the velvet collar, press studded pockets?

a few big reductions in flannels sale section. If I had room for another jacket I would have bagged that blue linen - would make a decent piece for the Spring.

huzzah! At the risk of de-railing the thread a bit, since when did Flannels get pretty good again?

There are a few that I like from this season but all heavy on the £ for me - I have my eye on one or two things if they make it to a good sale price.

Love the japanese Donkey jacket too but is just out of reach for my pocket....

Also earmarked one of these in navy for SS/11 - Breton overshirts

those breton shirts look lovely. Rather fancy a Mallory jacket as well.

His duffle coat last winter was great, and the long one this season also looks amazing

Lovely shirt, really want a white and blue. Cabourn is miles out of my price range though.

Any chance of a fit pic? Impossible to find on the net.

I'll try and get one up towards end of week as I don't have anything other than iphone for pics and a freshly tatooed/sore arm this weekend - need to size up on them imo, I actually went for a 52 in the end, knowing that wool tends to get a bit smaller with cleaning and that these have really long cuffs so can be doubled back quite a bit. Plus I like my knits a little big.

Overall they are reasonably snug/slimmish arms. Quality on them is superb, very warm but proper soft wool. Having bought a few knits recently, backed most - this is the nicest I have seen.
