Have any of you Fukers been in the 'invite' only bit of the Nike iD Oxford Circus store? I've been considering making some AM90 IDs and since I don't work too far from the store, I was thinking maybe I should ring up for an invitation. Is there much difference in the materials available? Cheers |

Nike IDs and Abercrombie. Are you trying to give Milspex a heart attack? |

the london one is a bit shit, the materials and options aren't brilliant and it seems very expensive - almost £90 for dunks, over £100 of airs and i think £150 for air forces do it for the experience if you've got money to burn |

they'll be coming back from what i've been told told - they've been removed from the id website aswell i really hope they have mesh this time, i really fancy one last pair of loud trainers. I have a mate who works at the studio so hopefully he'll be able to sort me out... |

last time i went in, you could get am1's in the normal id studio, i ended up sending mine back, didn't like em |

So there isn't really that much more choice of materials in the VIP iD area? |

no point imo, they have probably stripped the mesh option to appeal to a wider market |

when i went, they difference was a choice of afew extra premium materials, a crinkle patent leather, a matt type one with a pattern and another one |

pretty much yeah, plus the vip area is a joke is you can call up and get an appointment. i think prices are more expensive than online its a clever concept which has been done very well - im sure we'll agree that the studio looks incredible. Although everything i liked about nike id has been ruined as its been opened up to the masses - especially rude boi's i would only do it if i could create something decent and on a good shoe but at present this can't be done |

there were some posted on the original id am1 thread on CT which looked great - felt and mesh, i'll try and dig up the pic |

worst was, i could have got 40% discount in the regular id suite through a mate who works for nike, but zero discount in the vip one |
