i always see milspex and tronics naming anything they wear by the 'nike' as 'nike sportswear/nsw' now, and also every single thing the trendy upfront sites like hypebeast and high snobiety etc list by 'nike' they also call 'nike sportswear', wether its am1's or a hat or a pair of socks. examples this is a serious question, is there actually a diffusion line of the good old 'nike' as all us normals know it, called 'nike sportswear', or have the trendy internetz people just decided to change the name of the brand to sound cooler? |

the nsw collection is like a capsule of nike's top-of-the-range 'technical' stuff and is generally not nike-branded so works well with what people on here wear. it's separate from 'nike sportswear' which is just general nike stuff |

i think nike sportswear is just what 'ordinary nike' calls themselves these days. the last few pairs of nikes i've bought all had 'nike sportswear' on the box |

yeah, think that's basically it. NSW isn't typical nike gear like windrunners and that, they tend to make updates of classic items like m65s and fishtail parkas. they're not available in JD or anywhere like that, so are therefore more 'exclusive' and cool |
