The last time I went (which was a while ago) is was like some kind of corporate day out, all big bussiness, all logos and branding. More for the tourists than the people of Notting Hill, the Gay Pride march has gone the same way too, all about money, not the people anymore.

My advice (for what it's worth): pick a sound system you like, find out where it is, get down there early and stay there for the day. Trying to move around during the afternoon is an absolute nightmare...

Good advice so far I reckon but would just add that if you are meeting up with mates, meet before you get into the throng. It's a nightmare trying to hook up with mates when you're down there.

If you dont wanna get shot, dont go to Rampage. I was there on suday from 2-3pm had a good time. when the rudeboys started to come along, i left.

There are loads of sound systems so just wonder around, when u hear something you like, stay for a bit then move on.

Looks like the Chilled Eskimo needs you, Noble - good atmosphere but they could do with some more good dancers - nipped down and filmed this about 5pm..

p.s hearing that and seeing people drinking etc has really perked me up a lot more to go to be honest.

Nope would recognise Brandon and he wasn't on the decks - Alex P not sure what he looks like. Good atmosphere though but think carefully before heading out Noble cos there's a massive sea of people lining the streets so not easy to get in and out and BOTH men's and women's toilets in the Eskimo are out of order, there's a temporary men's urinal thingy along the road but the queues - ferocious mate. Lots of men weeing against walls everywhere - not nice.
