Bad Points: Bad sales, only ever seem to offer 20-30% off, last years models(no oki-ni) we're slightly off putting! No back views of items. Beware of the despatch and check the amount, I used the 20% discount code which made the the Mac coat I got £47.99, but the not states £59.99. Good Point: Sell in half sizes. Also gave me a few free load of stickers aswell. Bad Points: FedEx said they made a delivery attempt, but I didnt see a delivery card. Score: 9/10 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Store: Dimoda Service: Awesome Delivery Times: Ordered at lunch time and was with me the next morning. Good Point: Really fast delivery and nice when I phoned up to arrange sending the jeans back (they didn't fit). They also called me about 10 minutes after I ordered to tell me it was being posted. Bad Points: Based in Cleethorpes = strong accent LOL Score: 10/10 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Store: http://www.truffleshuffle.co.uk/ Service: Anyway the T shirt was what i at first thought as been really thin, but the print was cool. But I got several emails from them explaining the construction quality was good, just that the thin t shirt added to the vintage look, and if i wanted they would refund it and tell me the weight (gsm) of other t shirts if I was after a thicker T shirt. - All this after I told them I had wipped my arse on stuff thicker than what they sent me Great service to a C*nt customer like me, and I actually like the t shirt thickness now Delivery Times: delivery was around 2 days. Score: 9/10 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Store: Superdenim - http://www.superdenim.co.uk Service: No complaints but no info sent after order just the acknowledgment, not a despatch email etc Delivery Times: Next Day via Royal Mail Special Delivery. GBP 5.00 for SD when Oi Polloi charge GBP 3.00 or so for UPS with tracking seems a little steep Good Point: Good quality products, specialized denim etc, website is rather thorough, interesting read. Nice guys to deal with. Delivery Times: Very fast. £5.00 flat rate. I've ordered several items and have always had them the next day. Good Point: Around 30 brands to choose from... Bad Points: Doesn't seem to be much stock. Some new stock seems to sell out a little too quickly Score: 9/10 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Triads Service: Piss Poor Delivery: ? Good Point: Having used this shop for many years in person and often had reasonably good service instore. Bad Point: Their online ordering leaves a lot to be desired. Placed an order 10 days ago via paypal and not received. Called to ask as well as sending an email and spoke to someone who had just got back from his holiday (so it wasn't his fault!!) However was then told that due to having a different delivery address to payment (although payment was cleared) they would not deliver. Home address is confirmed however work address is not, I'm supposed to know that this is the case with 99% of online retailers!! After pointing out that that was not the case and that no contact had been made and further to this that nothing is in there terms and conditions, as well as asking what they were planning on doing with the money, I was told that I was now not getting them and had the phone put down on me. Whilst this was happening I received an email from his colleague explaining they had now sold out. Score: 0/10 |

what's changed on yoox? I think the preview is account specific..
all I notice is all the pictures are bigger, the layout all looks the same though. sale prices are all currently in a very light off white, surely the worst colour poss against a a white background? can barely see them myself |

Yoox continually make the site worse after every redesign, the whole autumn/winter, spring/summer thing is annoying as hell and totally redundant on an outlet site. You search for something, it shows only the items for S/S then you click A/W and then it resets the search. If you're seeing the new site, then I assume you did the survey. To go back to the old site, delete your cookies. |

yah its useless to find stuff. I don't knw why they've gone into a trends section, all the stock they get is so random and odd the trends are restricted to generic shit like "smart casual" gone back to the old site now, the lesser of two evils |

It's probably a bit more SZ than fuk, but just had my first experience with www.re-porter.ca, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Graham is a fantastic guy to deal with and he has an amazing collection of extremely covetable stuff. |

Caliroots For €16 I expect a reasonably quick delivery (you get next day with Wrongweather from Portugal), and not a wait of 11 days from placing the order before I get the goods... |

Surprised to hear that, ordered maybe 8 times off there, each and everytime have received goods within about 3 days. |

Anyone had any problems with Glass Boutique? Ordered a T shirt and trainers. Got confirmation and tracking and only the T shirt came.. not receipt or not to say shoes were out of stock, no email.. I thought maybe they had sent them separate but checked the email and there was only one tracking number.. emailed yesterday morning, but no response yet.. On a different note, ordered from Six Whiting and the service was excellent |
