Pretty quick shipping as I only ordered at about 5 o'clock yesterday.
Was expecting it to take an age to ship based on peoples experience of the OL webstore.

honoured my order on splash items. one item went out of stock after i've made the payment so i sent em a msg asking if i could add another item to my order. they replied today saying the splash stuff is not supposed to be included and is a mistake on their part. offered me a refund on shipping if i want to order more stuff.

I guess that makes sense, and it also answers the question as to whether Splash would ever see the light of day via the sale.

then we are actually lucky, and they were good enough to honour it. they have all the rights to cancel all the order.
my 1st experience with them and the service is perfect! offered me free shipping for my 2nd order, because they did not add in some items to my order even though i sent them an email.

They cancelled my Washed Choco sweat due to it being out of stock and are shipping the remaining item out today. No mention made of any voucher though. Just an apology.
I do resent having to pay the shipping fees for just one item.

Sizing was a big factor too, OL site had lots of full size runs in their shit. I sometimes struggle to get even their standard great sweats on sale in a small.

That Jumbo Dot Flannel looks nice but the measurements suggest its ridiculously big even in a small.

anyone owning a great sweat in the silk version of ss12?
i dropped the idea of the linen round neck knit and switched to the idea of a great sweat in the silk version. end states 21,5" pit to pit (size small) which may would not be gigantic but how is the fit in general of the silk version compared to a normal one and if anyone has both, would you recommend sizing down or stay true to size?
i am not sure whether a xs will be too small (20,5" i emailed end) and a small (21,5") will be too big. what would you guys recommend?

Tried it on in a small today and it's huge. Small was more like a large!
