Really like the dinner shirt. Splinter Black 1950's is well nice too.

Def size down in great sweats, they seen to come up pretty big. Silk mix seem more tts. As per previous post small in standard would be medium in silk.

More AW stuff up on OL site. Seems to be lots of 1950´s shirts this season, which is nice, in various textured fabrics/ patterns. Not so sure about the models though. Has a kind of ironic feel to it, seems unnecessary I think. Or am I wrong?

Still holding out for this fella to be released: http://blog.styleforum.net/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/DSC_0050-685x1024.jpg

With so many 50s shirts released I'm worried this won't be in the 50s fit.

Looks like a 'First Shirt' to me

This. And seriously, you're expecting all OL to fit slim, get the fuck out of this thread.

My bad man. Drink too many that night. Bit of karma as got three of this seasons shirts and all 3 are probably going back. 1950s fit definitely fits longer on body and possibly arms.

I've only bought one thing so far. Grey and pink placket shirt. Going back, didn't feel worth the money..

I have the navy one. Nice fabric but very thin and not waterproof. Good as a lightweight, but the toggle things drive me nuts. The cream one is see through.

have it too. one of the best purchases i made this past ss12 season. it's supposed to be a lightweight summer parka, and i think it serves the purpose right. the fabric looks and feels amazing and the fit is spot on.

I'm considering the navy one, End describe it as "extremely lightweight" does it feel cheap? I'm worried it will be like a glorified shirt :S

Not cheap. The fabric is thin but typically Italian, feels and looks excellent and has a slight sheen. It extends so there’s added weight at the bottom half of the jacket. Best thing about it is you can roll in up and put it in a bag and its not crease prone. Been a great purchase for the cooler spring/summer UK months.
