is there any way to completely erase your paypal account??? i have a paypal account but it will never work again because i got a new bank card a while ago. i then tried to log into paypal but it was asking for my old bank cards number for security reasons, i never had it so i tried to start a new account with my new card. unfortunately both cards are for the same bank account and paypal would not allow this. my next step was to ring the bank and find out my old cards number, which worked and i could finally acccess my old account. however upon registering my card on this account paypal informed me that i could not register my bank account or card because u can only have one paypal account to one bank account!!! i then deleted the other (bogus, if u like) account but it still says my card is registered to another paypal account!!! i have e-mailed paypal but have yet to receive a reply!!!!! any suggestions??

they limit your account when its full of money because they dont like people! Then you have to wait 6 months to get it back.

when i say limit i mean they limit what you can do in your account. No sending money, no recieving money, no withdrawing money.

I got limited for selling "counterfeit" cd's, dispite the fact i was selling legit ones. Had receipts and everything but they just wouldnt accept it, and said its their terms and conditions to limit an account if they have any doubt. So basically they are keeping my cash for 6 months, until they know no one is going to make a claim against anything i sold (Which they wont) then i can get my money back (But never use paypal again)
