Photoshop help

need some photoshop for something im doing at work. could someone take an image and make the background transparent so it doesn't just look like a block on a patterned background?

i can't download anything here, but i'm sure it's a simple job anyway.

Here you go:

It's a bit quick and rough as at that resolution it's tough to cut away from the edges of the text and images cleanly (plus I'm too busy to do it any better).

Here it is on a black background so you can see what traces of the white background are left.
