The Daily Mail wrote:

Debenhams launched shoes that are half an inch taller than the average men's heel last week - and sales have outstripped expectations by 85 per cent.

The department store introduced a range of 'platform' shoes for men in response to consumer demand. But even they were surprised when the heels leapt to the top of the bestseller list in the menswear department.

J Jeans by Jasper Conran's male heels look like your classic brogue and are also available as boots, prices start at £80.

The heel is not obvious but allows the wearer to subtly boost their height while still being on trend.

Anyone having a dabble on the Jaspers? Really want the black Grensons but can't find a 7 on sale. May give these a go.

I like the fact Tres Bien are buying in Jil and Missoni.

A/W buying pics for Missoni here

Question for Seenmy, how do the trousers/knitted jackets feel/look in person?

Only ever had Missoni topwear(knits) before and am interested in how the elements look and price up.

I personally think the jackets (knitted 2 button etc) are pretty nice, the fit is quite true now in that I would wear a 48,the feel varies between style depending on the yarn mix,but I think its now a pretty refined product, for F12 its the best version so far great to see it being picked up upon by some new accs

You think you will mixing some in your wardrobe?

I personallt thought it was the highlight of A/W shows. Junya more of the same which i like but was hoping he would take another direction after several seasons of heritage workwear inspiration. On a more tailored fit for work i really liked some of the Valentino overcoats. Jil was too Gestapo for me. Liked the Kolor runway too but other than that was a bit meh.

Not got the end yet, but the first 20 or so seem to just all be people in suits/ blazers? Fucking boring, and Piers Morgan at 49? Why's he even on the list?

Most of them wear them well though, loads of people are unable to wear a suit that even fits let alone looks good. Like Tinie Tempah, looks good smart or casual.
