Recent pair of womens oxfords I made, currently working on the mens oxfords in the same colourway (minus the feather strap) but with a vibram sole, so will hopefully be able to post those up when get a chance to finish making them.

Looks very nice.

I'm also interested in making shoes. Do you have any tips or links if i wanna embark on the "make your own shoe" project?
Maybe a book recomendation?

Best book for pattern cutting is : Pattern cutting - by frank jones

can get from WH SMITHS for around £30 which was cheapest when i got mine

the making part involves a fair bit more as well as lot of tools and equipment so would be a fair investment probably a good few hundred at first. Plus youll need a post sewing machine or access to one

Not sure where your from but best place to pickup tools new is jt batchelors in dalston, Glues and some materials from savvas in turnpike lane or algeos.com, 2nd hand Lasts also from savvas or new from springline northhampton.

check out marcel huns videos for general idea of classic shoe making -

some really nice stuff on here Cool

bawseshadz probably a no but what about drops of coloured ink, think it would be difficult to get a tie dye effect on a shoe after manufacture.

cool man, cool.
finishing up with version 2 of flasket's big gay boat party. some bastards ran of with the aluminum canoes of the first one, so just i say fuck it and construct new ones which will be easier to identify if theft occurs and have more buoyancy allowing to increase the number of simultaneous partygoers. this one has a better and easier to put up take down closet of dreams/money chamber also.

first version - version one
