Avb could have have done this but that wasn't in his job description. It's not been in anyone's job discription since the special one. Roman wants an attractive brand of football, football that sells season tickets. Football that can fill a 60,000 stadium with 25,000 corporate seats. You can't fill a 42,000 stadium playing football like stoke.
Avb lost the dressing room that's why he got sacked. He had no respect.
Whoever comes in will have to do the same job as avb. But their job will be easier as they won't have drogba or terry.
