AVB is a monster signing for spurs, Chelsea paid 30mil for him, 12 mths later, spurs get him for nish. They have to give him a season though even if he fucks up. Could do for spurs what wenger and fergie did for the arse and manure. Only one problem if they do well is that onllyonestop will be more unbearable than he already is.

I wouldn't be happy getting in any manager at my club who had ever lost a dressing room, especially in the fashion AVB did at Chelsea.

Well, i think AVB could do good at Spurs. Situation is simila to the one he experienced in Porto.
Chelsea was too much for him, considering he had little experience.
At Tottenham he'll have less pressure than at Chelsea as they don't expect to win anything...

AvB teams are exciting to watch and with the right players he could do well but he is stubborn, arrogant and has poor people management skills.

People keep saying he lost the dressing room, but given the fact that the senior Chelsea players are a bunch of cunts who go running to their interfering arse of an owner everytime they didn't get their own way, what chance did he have there? I'm not thrilled with the appointment, but he is the best young manager (other than Pep who is well above our station) that we could have wished for in the circumstances. All I can say is thank fuck we didn't go for Santini mark duex.

Im not to sure on him, chelsea didnt really play the most exciting football as some people think. Could go either way, if he gets the right results by december then his in with a chance of doing something big but theres no Wenger, Ferguson or even Moyes anymore!!!

I'm quite happy about it. It kills me but I enjoy the drama, and this is more dramatic than going for moyes or someone. He could turn out to be shit like at chelsea, but I think he's got a better chance at spurs than there.

Laughing out loud

Hope it doesn't, we definitely don't need him. Too old too

He would be the oldest of our strikers if he signed and he's injury prone. No thanks.

agree with the injure prone but being the oldest surely doesn't mean he's shite as it seems you're alluding to?

džeko has set the world alight, tévez could go off and sulk again for six months, balotelli could implode, that only leaves agüero.

all ifs & buts I realise but you just might need another striker.

When did I allude to him being shit? He's great but we don't need him and he'd be expensive.

Davinho you mentioned his age in both posts but maybe I read into that wrong.

Anyone know what happen to their listing in Hong kong

Guess we can see how good or bad their balance sheet is with the requirements of NYSE before they can list

AVB Laughing out loud I love Spurs fans, such revisionism. Harry takes them from bottom of the league to top 4 and one of the most exciting teams in the league but that's still not good enough. Europa league and lots of expensive flops next season.
