Reading the full report, it doesn't sound like the stumbling block is anything to do with the £ offered. Arsenal can't afford to lose out on £15-£18M by holding onto him, so if that's the best offer, then that's what he'll go for. It sounds more like Arsenal are hoping that someone else comes in for him who VP actually wants to join, rather than sell him to United. |

he won't go south & neither(i would hope) are dumb enough to finance a helicopter for him 3 times a week. It's all agent bullshit to get a better deal out of stoke i reckon, why would he not have a club by now if so many were interested? |

I take it you haven't watched him play much! Totally average player who will have about 1 decent game a season. A bit of a jack of all trades, master of none, aswell.
