I ordered some speakers which i had fancied for a while yesterday, the order process was a bit of a farce and i had to speak to them three times to get it sorted. The package has just turned up and i was a bit surprised by the contents. I ordered these, £120 in white
these have just turned up in a ropey card board box, and only bubble wrapped with no paperwork or boxes. The look like they have been on display with a little bit of dust and some very minor scuffs they are on their site for £500 - http://www.decks.co.uk/products/speakers/blueroom/minipodbk
should i contact them or should i keep quiet for a bit? I would rather have these so im not in a hurry to give them back |

just leave it, it aint dishonest...they prolly didnt have the ones you ordered and sent you better ones to fulfill your order. just enjoy and dont get to deep about it. |

thats what im thinking noble, plus they aren't exactly in mint condition but they are easily 8.5/10 |

keeping them is morally wrong, you should return, perhaps pay for the shipping out of your own pocket as a nice gesture |

keep them man, i used to have them the company sent them in for a product shoot and never asked for them back. I ended up ebaying them |
