How do you cite a youtube video in Harvard reference format?

As close as possible to if it was from a book. In the same order, but then add where you accessed it and the date.

The required elements for a reference are:

Screen name of contributor,Year. Video Title, Series Title. (if relevant) [type of medium] Available at: include web site address/URL (Uniform Resource Locator) [Accessed date].
