said this before. the mobile carousel phone scam and the fraudsters/theives (mainly indians/asians) that have made billions of billions by robbing the british taxpayer and government is the biggest ever secret kept from the tax paying public.
if it was disclosed there would be more riots than last year all over the country. (its the thing that brought down ireland by the way)
when we die it will be up there in terms of importance of history in the bible with noahs ark.
and im not exaggerating.
they have stolen more money from this country in the last 15 years than any other scam in the history of the world over, and anywhere on the world.
the government fucked up so bad by allowing the loophole for this to happen and cannot tell people, its a disgrace. when they realised, they still let it go on for a good ten years as well.
deffo what i say is truth. trust me.

"After a three-week investigation, officers found nearly £47,000 in cash hidden in the boot of a car belonging to John McFarnon, chairman of Unique Distribution, a well-known and partly legitimate mobile distributor."

I used to have an account with Unique Distribution Laughing out loud

Shocking how simple a scam it is, on paper at least. Obviously takes some organisation to actually go through with it and get away with it

I was thinking that setting up bogus companies and running other companies as a front was the hard bit? Or are the bogus companies simply non existant?

dealt with so many carousel claims in the early noughties. a mugs game. just leave the phones in an Irish warehouse and sell them 100 times in a day whilst recouping all the VAT. untraceable.

when i heard abt some of the teeves being caught, i advised the releavent people and no one's interest in getting their cash back....

It was a bit before my time but knew so many who have set themselves up for life doing it for 18months or so.
It was just pieces of paper being passed around and HMRC were too slow to pick it up.
Razorblades was also a good one that got hit, basically anything light and high in value.

but basically, it's robbing the country (ie. us) it's not like they are Robin Hood and giving it to the poor
