ive got one pair of red wings that fit a size big and tried on a different model that fit true to size, but does anyone know how the ones below fit...

I went true (in black)... quite spacious but not sure if it warrants down-sizing. Maybe you'll get away with a half-size, but that's probably it.

seeing as everythings got a duffer flavour these days...duffer launced red wings in the uk..bringing them back year after year...most strikingly with leather trousers. They really worked.

I know the advise on these is to size down but I wear a uk9 for Nike and uk8 for Clarks so what size should I go for in these redwings?
I would just order 2 pairs but I spend far too much time in the post office making returns.

I wear UK 12 Nike, New Balance, Vans etc / UK 11 Clarks Originals. I went for the UK 11 Redwings last year and they are perfect, with room for nice thick winter socks. Hope this is of some help.

I found them slightly small not in length tho. Across the top of the foot just below the laces they were TIGHT

I wear 8 in nike but found 8 in these too long, 7 couldnt get my feet in for height. awaiting a 7.5.
In short size down 1/2 size if possible

i got my true size, room up top, but they are narrow on width i thought. also very light in weight.
