there's a few buildings they do them in i think but usually they're roughly opposite gloria's/butcher of distinction etc..
anyone been to an all saints sample sale? popped in to one the other week.. really not my cup of tea but yeah it's pretty much the same stuff as you'd find in a sale, just more of it.. think there were some tees/shirts down to a tenner or something and leathers were about half price.. |

These are the details of our sample sale this week at the Truman Brewery. If you've been to the London sales before, then you would have come to The Well. But it's now being let out permanently so we've found somewhere new. And a change is as good as a rest as they say. So we're now at Studio 95, 95 Brick Lane, London, E1 6QL- which is on Brick Lane, opposite 93 Feet East. 17.05.07 Thursday 6pm till 9pm We will have two vans full of last season's end of line, one off samples that never made it to production, items that will need some attention like a stitch or a button, things that have shrunk, returned items and some "it just wasn't me darling". There will also be a 'fashion amnesty' so you can bring your unwanted clothes to be recycled and re-sold in the UK for charity, and the profits will go to development projects around the world. So bring along any clothing you have in good condition that you no longer need and donate it to a good cause. There will also be the usual mix of People Tree and other eco brands. And finally Poppy who always does the sample sales gets all of a panic when we open the doors on Thursday evening and you all come charging in as a bubbling pack, steely faced, slick with London savvy focused on getting a bargain. I have to spend the next 2 hours calming her with wine. If you could all casually stroll in, smile, wink to Poppy and hit the bargains in a calm ordered fashion, then she'll be relaxed. And that will be a great thing. Oh, and we have no carrier bags so make sure you bring one with you. |
