Thought we could do with a shoes/boot thread, as don't often see much discussion about them. At the moment im looking for some but nothing has really caught my eye. Anyone seen anything nice recently?
you're not as cool as you think you are so please give details of the items you post

Just posted them up in last buys, from NY. I think they're a special make-up for Nepenthes?

The top Redwings look good, I think. Might get mocked for looking like a clown wearing them.

Interested in the Alden Chromexcel Plain toes that a few people off here have got or had. If I'm usually a UK10.5-11 in most shoes, but with wide feet, what would I be looking at in the Aldens? Got a US12.5 and US10.5 available.

Think it is a similar situation in other styles as well. They managed to find me a replacement size for my oxfords. It sounds like I have in my possession the last 9uk and they're sending (without invoicing or receiving shoes back first) the last 9.5uk.

What is the general opinion on crepe soles as I have never worn shoes or boots with them (other than some weaver mocs I didn't get on with).
Do the soles last long, can they be easily replaced, are they a bit nan kid etc?
