My friend Graham has just received the final copies of his new magazine, North. It's a free mag which will release 2-4 times a year, and it focuses on Scottish skateboarding and analog photography. There's a launch party in Edinburgh next Wednesday (30th May) upstairs in The Bongo Club, from 20:30-23:00. You'll be able to pick up a copy in your local skater owned shop from next weekend, and any foreigners wanting a copy should just give me a shout and I'll see if Graham can get one sent over to you.

His part on The Berrics a few years ago was great, haven't seen any new footage since though. Cheers!

Those things are fun as shit, but the current brands are offering them for stupid money.

Might take you up on that offer man. Are they built for tricks, or are they just slightly worse/better versions of the penny ones?

The most important thing to do though is to shop at your local shop and not Route One/Rollersnakes.

and exactly this.

This again

Not necassarily, the cunts at my local have no clue what they talk about and mostly sell shit bmx's. It really just depends where you live, it is cool to order online. But never route one, coz there cunts and take forever to deliver, but like smaller websites like err 'bored of southsea' or 'skateboards of choice' are good sites and local stores too.

I mean trade price is £35+vat (from Rock Solid Distribution), so questions would be selling them at a loss to his employers or whoever is footing the bill.
