I don't believe this, Squire doesn't have much money at all. Probably only Brown does, since he wrote the bulk of the songs and wouldn't let Squire dabble.

Laughing out loud ill researched b/s. 99% of the songs were co-written. squire will never ever want for a shilling.

non of it will happen anyway

Evers, you are talking trash mate. If they were to do it, you genuinely don't think it would be for the money? If that was true, they would give away free tickets for tour dates rather than charge £50 a head. The main reason they would do it would be to make a quick buck, no two ways about it. As I say, money isn't everything. Leave it in the past.

Such a bad idea. Don't get me wrong, I love the Roses and they are one of my favourite bands, but in reality they were never a great live act. Their gigs were all about the drugs and a specific era/scene. Other than making the band a nice retirement fund, I can't really see what fans like me will achieve from it.

Definitely going to try and get tickets for this. Great to see Reni since he basically disappeared. Don't care if people say it won't be the same as 88-91, Same would apply to every Rolling Stones concert since 1969.

Earlier this year, however, Squire poured cold water on the idea and was quoted by NME music magazine as saying: "When it's just a get-together for a big payday and everyone gets their old clothes out, that seems tragic to me."

Seeking to explain his change of heart, he told reporters: "Everything changed when me and Ian started seeing each other again. It was surreal. We went from crying and laughing about the old days to writing songs in a heartbeat.

"I think it's in some ways a friendship that defines us both and it needed fixing and two phone calls later the band was no longer dead."
