good luck! i've tried and failed so many times, i can't really suggest anything except just don't smoke Laughing out loud

i'm in the middle - am not smoking even a quarter of what i used to but just can't seem to stop having the sneaky one or two. the smoking ban has helped so much.

Just use willpower in the day and nicorette inhalators when drinking alcohol. Look a bit ridiculous but it worked for me.

I think people view smoking differently now. Like it's frowned upon way more since the smoking ban.

Just go visit a hospital ward with cancer suffers who've smoked for most of their lives. You'll soon quit. Most people don't really want to though. First step is admitting your a drug addict then you can get help Cool

Yeah, just go to one of those cancer wards where they invite people in to view the patients. The cancer ridden "attractions" cries for privacy are ignored as the tours are conducted.

Too right. Sick of the way people are perceived because they smoke. I'm not saying it's healthy, but it doesn't suddenly make you a tramp. Take a look into the shit you're already breathing in on a walk up a main road before crushing your face up everytime you walk past someone with a fag in their mouth.

Addiction to tobacco is bullshit put out by tobacco companies, believed whole heartedly by the weak.. who need an excuse not to quit.
