Any suggestions for a decent mid-lightweight parka? Returning the EG ground jacket (really disappointed!) and batten sportswear parka as they weren't my cup of tea. Only criteria is that it isn't green or a bright orange, max of £400 and isn't shit. |

I'll be honest I'm nowhere near as clued up on my menswear as 99% of the people on this site (rarely ventured beyond albam until a few months back) but I was just a bit shocked at the quality for what you paid for. I appreciate that being made in the USA with more limited numbers and by a high end (ish) brand that it'll cost more but I really couldn't justify it being worth the close to £300 I paid for it. I felt lucky not to tear the buttons off each time I undid them! Like I said may just be me though, I don't want to come across as if I have a clue |
