there's a picture of a barena jacket in the monocle piece on pitti with a knitted shawl lapel that looks lovely Yeah Trunk have that particular jacket, really nice. |

Could anyone explain me how the Nigel Cabourn aircraft jackets fit? The guy from TBS is wearing a 48 which fits him fine, but it's the smallest size they stock and he's 6 '2. If this is really TTS, how can shorter people fit in the jackets if 48 is the smallest they stock? |

Mate is 5'8", usually a 40 in oli Spencer, small in most jackets, 38-40" chest and takes a 48 in the cabourn. It's a short jacket for the width, quite long in arms too. Good fit. I'm a bit taller, similar chest, 48 fits spot on. Wouldn't pay full price though (last years weren't even showerproof), wait for sales, they're always 30-50% off... Mate copped the apple green for well under 2 from selfridges sale last year. |

I doubt as many will make it to the Sales this year, especially in popular/rarer sizes like 46. This years colours are much more wearable than last SS. I'm finding it impossible to find the Army Green in 46 anywhere, and 46 in the Khaki is pretty scarce. With regards to sizing, I'm 5'8" and 10.5st, and the 48 I tried in Oi Polloi was too big. 46 would be perfect. |
