Need new sunglasses. Like flair sunglasses. Can't bring myself to spend £500 on Ditas. What should I get?

Depends very much on the style you're looking for.

Have a look at:

IC! Berlin
Mykita
Götti
Ørgreen
Leisure Society
JF Rey
Rolf
Oliver Peoples
Garrett Leight
FreudenHaus

I'm assuming you're not a lady Gizmo.

Was it Céline Original sunglasses you saw?

The three dots aren't unique to Céline, they're also a "trademark" of sorts for Beausoleil (and other brands also use them).

Some of the Oliver Peoples frames do have the three dots.

Might have been DBS or Daddy B that you saw.
