Superb Service (QT Silver)

Thought I should mention some superb service I had, after I made that thread complaining about Jessops poor service.
I ordered my Mum a locket off eBay, when it arrived (on Monday) it was not what I'd ordered. I didn't have time to return it so decided to order from somewhere else and just get a refund.
Mum had mailed me a link to a locket she liked, so I called the mobile number on their site on Tuesday afternoon.
I explained I was ordering a last-minute birthday present and would it be possible to gift-wrap it and send it next day on the Wednesday (it was a good 2-3 hours after the time limit for being posted that day according to their site)? I also said I was happy to pay any extra that would involve.
Turns out they managed to send it out on the Tuesday, SD so it got there yesterday, Mum has opened it and said it was beautifully wrapped (and the locket itself is lovely), and they didn't charge me any extra (postage marked on the parcel was more than they had charged me).

Written them a mail saying thanks but thought I'd big them up on here too.
