I'm 6'1 and it fits fine, if a little long on me, how long are your usual tee's?
And that measurement was taken from the middle/ back of the neck, not top of the shoulder. Do you want the full length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hem?

Well, I practically live in plain white tees which are all 31" long, some longer, I sag though as well so the length's to accomodate the length of my arse lol. I don't think it will make much difference mate, I think I measure mine the same way as you anyway... Cheers though.
