Talior made or fitted off the peg dress shirts

Can anyone suggest where I can go to get a decent tailored dress shirt. I really don't feel like having to drop £70+ on an off the peg item that then goes and looks like a flaming tent as it has to be big enough for some fat 40 year old.

However nowhere seems to sell fitted dress shirts and I'm not sure of any good places to get one made plus I really don't fancy going over the £100 mark if I can help it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Needs to have wing collars, double cuffs and the holes for studs down the front, none of this button rubbish!
