Thinking of going to Thailand sometime early next year. Will probably be on my own, thinking of a beach and avoiding bangkok. Dont really know much about the beach areas but wanna stay somewhere nice but still near some sort of 'action'. Anyone been anywhere they would reccommend? |

anybody else recommend any hotel for bangkok? there for three nights next thursday. if anyone has seen any deals they could pass on that'd be topper. cheers! If you want to do it on the cheap D&D Inn is alright and has a rooftop pool. |

travel zoo have a deal had a look but couldn't find it. could you link me? had a few people say d&d inn. is it worth staying on khaosan road or is it better staying a bit further out, like a few streets away? wanna do it fairly cheap, but not on a massively tight budget like. |

You staying in that flash place with the macs on Chaweng beach that you stayed at last time when I saw you? I'm going back in September for three weeks. Gonna do Bangkok > Samui > Phanang > Tao. How's weather? |

if you're in samui go to w hotel for a few drinks. you can't stay there as its 600 quid a night (in low season) but yeah great for drinks in the day.. here's me posing im back in pattaya now.. its so hot here and in bkk at the moment. if anyone fancies a beer around here pm me! |

i'll be in samui toward the end of next week, deffo gonna go to that hotel for a few drinks. looks amazing! cheers for the tips re: bangkok, stayed at the d&d in for a few days, then at a different place on soi 7 which was super nice and on a deal. in phuket now and here till saturday before going to phi-phi. so nice to get out of bangkok but phuket is just as bad from what i've seen so far for the screams of 'hey hansum man, you wan massage?!' |

its to hot.. why arent you down ark bar wednesday beach party.. the bangkok police have just let them start it up again after the owner paid a bribe... good party it is!also on fridays! |
