READ AND COMPLY WITH BEFORE POSTING SALES THREADS OR YOUR THREAD WILL BE DELETED
- All items must have original photo(s) taken by you, unless item was previously sold here, in which case, you may use those original photos. - Please avoid 'interest checks'. - Include a price on all items. - Fake products are strictly prohibited from being listed. It is up to the seller to guarantee the authenticity of anything being sold. A ban will be given for any and all fake items listed. - It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that the goods are delivered to the buyer. - All items offered must be in possession of the poster. No items may be offered for sale that have not yet been taken delivery of. - All registered fuk members, not just GJs, can post their ebay links in the ebay listings thread. Please make new threads for new sales. If you don't the search doesn't work right and longer threads slow the whole site down. fuk.co.uk takes no responsibility for transactions entered into as a result of these classifieds. |

tbh, you were right to try to make the 2 sales in 1 thread in this instance (and I don't know why you couldn't..) I'm really more bothered by threads that are months, or even years, old and keep getting edited with new stuff. It results in the link reading something different to the edited content, eg this thread created nearly a year ago |

tbh, you were right to try to make the 2 sales in 1 thread in this instance (and I don't know why you couldn't..) I'm really more bothered by threads that are months, or even years, old and keep getting edited with new stuff. It results in the link reading something different to the edited content, eg this thread created nearly a year ago A reminder - please make new threads for new sales, it's OK to add stuff to a thread that's say under a month old, but don't edit really old sales threads with new stuff for the reasons already given, thanks all. |

@wblati as soon as that little gj smiley appears under your name - which it will do automatically - you can start selling. to my knowledge this should only take 48hrs max.. also, congratulations on becoming a full member of FUK. |

I want to keep an item that i sold to alans deep bath that he has already paid for. He is having a breakdown about it and claims that he forced himself to sell items that he would not have otherwise sold to make up for the money he spent on the shirt. Do i have to sell it to him? |

personally I would say yes as you entered in to a contract of sale and he made his part in the deal. I would let it go to avoid the aggro but that's just my opinion. |

Think it's a bit unfair to want to keep it after you've accepted payment. He paid you within the "selling window"; it's not like you said "I'm keeping it" and he then sent you payment. |

I did start off by saying it had a bad stein but he was still interested so i confessed that i was lying. That's when he got upset and told me that he was going to kill himself if i didn't honour the sale. |

Just like I told you, I paid for something Wednesday night, sold a couple things yesterday to someone to cover myself for it and think the right thing to do would be to honour the sale.
