SW4 clapham commmon? We had looked at this but want something in the night, also some of the group arent that into electronic music so a bit unfair to get them to fork out £50 + more again for something afterwards. Cheers for the suggestion though. |

Born and musically-schooled in Brooklyn, Simonelli grew up in an era where disco was giving way to the new sound of house, and that dramatic intersectio...n is where his heart and many of his great productions lie. A New York radio fanatic from an early age, he discovered dance music via his boombox dial before ever setting foot in a club. He became an intern at Arthur Baker’s Shakedown Studios, and first made his name as a producer in the dying days of Nu Groove with Groove Committee’s I Want You To Know in 1991. But it was the release of Feel So Right by Solution, an international smash, that guaranteed an excess of airmiles DJing in Japan, Europe and beyond. Although it was as a house producer that Simonelli forged a reputation, his influences came more from the New Jersey sound detonated by Tony Humphries at Zanzibar whose bullets were supplied by Blaze, Smack and Paul Simpson. Victor was intimately involved in the formation of Northcott’s Sub-Urban Records, for whom he recorded countless classics (usually in collaboration with Tommy Musto) before starting his own stable of imprints, including Bassline and Big Big Trax. More recently, he started his Stellar and West Side labels, mixing his own productions with work by other producers. Sunday West is overly chuffed to have a personality of such magnitude helping the West London faithful to celebrate the Summer in true style. More information to follow....... fuck me! thats some show, havent got an idea of when abouts villalobos would be on would you? (know im asking alot of questions here). just i dont think any amount of drugs could keep me up for that long I'm going to guess his set his start sometime between 5am and 8am Gonna try and pop in to this on my way home.. Not been to Fabric in years.. What they like on the door after 3/4am? |

my best ever clubbing experience was when me and the block went to senn trall on the piss all day in sugar reef on a freebie cos he was playing there at 8pm till 10pm, and then he was playing attica before todd the god from 10 till 12. we were off our fucking nuts and he was on the decks and todd walked into attica about 11.30pm, and if youve been youll know its only a small informal gaff and dancefloor, as soon as we see him with his entourage, blocks dropped this and he went fucking mental and started having it on the floor and then walked over and was fist pumping us for bare time. sposse youd have to of been there, but was an emotional moment. |
