Three fucking amazing weekends amongst the WHP lineups. Might make a doubler of the opening weekend and go to Man U vs. Spurs on the Saturday. |

Every year we try to put on at least one event (bar 2008, where circumstances left us without an event) and this year's Crooked Tongues party is happening a little earlier. There's no BBQ this time around, but on the 12th of August (closing ceremony day) from 5pm until midnight, we're hosting a "do" with our friends at adidas Originals as part of the #adidasunderground project that coincides with some little sporting get together called the Olympic Games. 'Running Things' is a celebration of classic adidas running and there's drinks and music from our friends at Livin' Proof — so that's shoes, hip-hop and drink covered. What more do you want? The venue's slicker than usual, but the capacity's a little lower so we want everybody to get a chance to get in hassle-free. We're not allowed to talk venue yet, but it's in London and spaces are limited (loyal CT Community folks have already had their chance to apply) so if you're keen to get involved, join this Facebook group right here to register your interest and we'll be upping a link to apply for a ticket very soon. Any Carnival stuff going on like that fried chicken gaff? Will be going for the Sunday family day, i guess norman jay good times will do an area? What about for grime heads, Rampage ? Dont want to get bored though |

Norman Jay, Sancho Panzo and Abi Shanti always good get there around 2-3pm as when full its 1 out 1 in, Try get to the top colville terrace for Mr T Jerk spot (not on Colville but closest road that I know) same road as Rampage entrance you see loads of stalls, look out for the Mr T sign. Get the Jerk, curry goat and dumpling (dont be shy in asking for big pc of jerk and not too much bones the goat) will set you up nicely for the day. |

Any good club nights been announced for carnival weekend? Will definitely be heading down for the Red Bull party again but I haven't heard of anything else on. EZ at Deviation last year was nuts. |
