Acne - fit true to size

APC New Standards -size down 2 or even 3 from true waist size

APC New Cures - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

April 77 - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

Dior raw 19s and 21s - have vanity sizing and are labelled as two sizes smaller than actual size

Edwin Nashvilles - size down 1" - quite a different fit to most jeans out there though (massive rise, loose at thigh and comparitively tapered at the leg). See the Edwin denim fit guide.

Julian Red - fit small, so maybe true to size on raw and possibly size up on non raws

Nudies - size down 1 or 2

Raf by Raf - true

Ring - true

71 is a reasonable rise IMO, the only ones with a higher rise are
Nashville
39 looser and tapered leg
47 similar rise to 71 but looser straighter leg
49 the highest rise they do, basically a tapered high rise 47, Probabaly your best option

The 49's look better but the hem jumps up quite alot between 32" and 34".

Any experience with Uniforms for the Dedicated denim? Found a cheap pair on sale which looks nice, no idea on quality/sizing.

How easy is it to wear in PS, going to get a pair with a discount code flying around. Im usually a 29-30 waist. Im going to get some 28w due to people saying size down 2. But how long will it take for them to stretch or wear to my size? or is it pretty instant? cheers!

I'd say a week or 2 to stretch to you size and a months before it settles a bit and fits spot on

sj, the 71s are pretty good from my exp, give them a bit of time to stretch out. I stick with the ed55s now, as I find them the perfect cut all round, little looser on top and tapering down from the knee. If you get a raw pair, getter size down one from your true waist size, as they're normally larger than tag size.

like 55s also, but thought the concensus was to size down 2 (well, it worked for me at least)

washed ED55 waist measures 2 inches more than tag size. not sure about raw, but my raw nashvilles also are 2 inches bigger than tagged

Anybody tried or own Acne "Jones" jeans? Just wanna know if they're true to size or if I could size down 1. Past seasons jeans have fit big so that's what I'm hoping

Not particularly psyched myself but a look at the Edwin x Yohji Yamamoto collection coming this summer:

(Yep another APC question.. Eye-wink) Just received a fresh pair of APC NS's. Couldn't close the last button, but after 10 minutes I could. Do you reckon the jeans will get too big? I would like to have a slim fit, not particularly (uber)skinny.

They won't ever stretch out much bigger than your waist really, if you were worried just wear a belt with them to stop them stretching as much.

True that, I will keep them. My Lee's are stretched out a lot as well, but don't really mind.. Smiling

I quite like the look of a couple of those Yohji x Edwin shirts, but would like to see it all in the flesh really.
