Acne - fit true to size

APC New Standards -size down 2 or even 3 from true waist size

APC New Cures - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

April 77 - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

Dior raw 19s and 21s - have vanity sizing and are labelled as two sizes smaller than actual size

Edwin Nashvilles - size down 1" - quite a different fit to most jeans out there though (massive rise, loose at thigh and comparitively tapered at the leg). See the Edwin denim fit guide.

Julian Red - fit small, so maybe true to size on raw and possibly size up on non raws

Nudies - size down 1 or 2

Raf by Raf - true

Ring - true

they won't bleed as much thats for sure, give them another soak and leave them there for a fair while to try and get the majority of the indigo out.

Looking for some lighter solid-coloured denim for the summer. I really like the colour of these, but I'm after something with a slightly wider hem and not tapered - anyone recommend anything?

You're after Greencast Denim, Naked & Famous do some with an cool pink selvedge detail, might be too slim? fades on Greencast denim are in my experience awesome if you do a no-wash thing

Nice one mate. Their greencast slim ones look good, but I can't get on with skinny myself. Do you know if they fit TTS, or best to size up/down?

thvm do some nice greencast as well.

S'cuse nerdy post but have worn these from raw for about six months. Getting a bit impatient to give them a wash. Too soon to achieve nice fades ?

Way too soon mate, you will only regret washing them now. Wait until you can see some proper contrast until you wash them! I'd say wait another 6 months, atleast....

Usually about a week, but it depends on business.

Has anyone bought any Tender Co. denim before? Worth the price point?

I *think* the denim is from Kaihara and is good quality, the guy who runs the brand worked for Evisu and knows a fair amount about jap denim. I don't have anything form them but I'd say the overdyed stuff is probably worth the high prices based on the uniqueness and the wear pattern you'd get from it would be different to almost anything else available. Maybe the 'Unborn' aren't worth it though as they seem to be fairly standard 'high quality' jeans.

I guess it depends on what you from from them though.

Lee 101's Kaihara denim is the best quality (or certainly best value) denim available IMO. I expect to be ripped for this

Just wondered if anyone can confirm what my mate has told me, that Levis stores do free alterations on any Levis jeans without a receipt? He was told this when buying a few pairs that were a bit long for him. Will phone my local store but if anyone knows might try and nip in after work tomorrow and get some I rarely wear altered...

Yeah, I think I'll head over to Goodhood tomorrow and give some a try first.
Want some looser fit jeans, and love the small scale nature of Tender's operation.

Despite all the pretentious back story (that I love), I have a feeling they probably look a bit shitty on, so might just bite the £215 bullet and go for some LVC again.
