Acne - fit true to size

APC New Standards -size down 2 or even 3 from true waist size

APC New Cures - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

April 77 - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

Dior raw 19s and 21s - have vanity sizing and are labelled as two sizes smaller than actual size

Edwin Nashvilles - size down 1" - quite a different fit to most jeans out there though (massive rise, loose at thigh and comparitively tapered at the leg). See the Edwin denim fit guide.

Julian Red - fit small, so maybe true to size on raw and possibly size up on non raws

Nudies - size down 1 or 2

Raf by Raf - true

Ring - true

Just wondered if anyone can confirm what my mate has told me, that Levis stores do free alterations on any Levis jeans without a receipt? He was told this when buying a few pairs that were a bit long for him. Will phone my local store but if anyone knows might try and nip in after work tomorrow and get some I rarely wear altered...

so cant see this being true.

Not sure about jeans without a receipt, but I know they do free alterations on sale items.

Has anyone here experimented with using different fabrics for denim repairs, like using say a thick white or red fabric instead of indigo denim for laying under the denim before stitching over the hole, so you get a little of the colour showing through? My APCs are in dire need of a patch up, and I've got some loose fabric that could be used for it. Otherwise it's gonna have to be another pair of jeans getting the chop for spare fabric.

I did it with some polka dot material on my LVC saddlemans. People thought it was my pants. Don't do it.

If it's that rip at your back pocket, they'll definitely look like it's your pants.

Anyone ever got decent fades on ed47 rainbow selvedge? mine have stretched out so much they're only fit for beaters now. Never washed them, thinking about boiling the fuck out of them, see if I can shrink them back to a decent fit, but if you can get a half decent fade on them i'll hold off. Any view?

This might've been posted a few pages back but I couldn't see anything...Levis are auctioning off "150 rare, limited edition and one-off Levi's products".

now you know why i jump on sneaker52's back so much when he tries to buy every single thing for sale on here or on sale. im a single man living alone with a room just for clobber. (my loft is boarded out with two pro clothes rails full as well)
its an illness that has to be cured.
