Acne - fit true to size

APC New Standards -size down 2 or even 3 from true waist size

APC New Cures - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

April 77 - size down 1 or 2 from true waist size

Dior raw 19s and 21s - have vanity sizing and are labelled as two sizes smaller than actual size

Edwin Nashvilles - size down 1" - quite a different fit to most jeans out there though (massive rise, loose at thigh and comparitively tapered at the leg). See the Edwin denim fit guide.

Julian Red - fit small, so maybe true to size on raw and possibly size up on non raws

Nudies - size down 1 or 2

Raf by Raf - true

Ring - true

Snagged some bnw(out)t quartz blue edwin ed-55's for 40 bones on the bay but the jokers sold them as a 32x32 rather than a 32x34. These any use to anyone before I back them?

quick question, ive bought a new pair of 'washed' jeans, i want to keep the original hem, dont want mummy hemming, is there a proper way to do this? a mate had it dont, but where they re done it, there was a 'lip'

I've had done before but it looked shit. They basically cut the OG hem off just above the chainstitch, take off whatever length they need to and then re-attach the hem with the join on the inside, however you still end up with a visible join.

Yeah will always have a slight line around where the hem is attached from the inside. Don't do it if you plan on turning/rolling your jeans.

its an illness that has to be cured.

Thanks, now can I have a pair of your Vis or Canes, Smiling

As for storing, I keep all my jeans on those Ikea cubes, think they actually bookshelves.

Edit -

The job beedub is talking about is a shit job and not the proper way. It can be done properly if you go to the right place with a vintage/original hem made again instead of cutting and reusing the old one.

Who makes raw black jeans which fade nicely? I'm looking for something cut similar to 67 505s, maybe with a bit more taper. Anyone know of anything that might fit the bill?

APC petite standards, think there is a couple of different black ones, and the overdue ones I've got faded quite nicely

Thanks. I'd prefer something with a bigger rise than APCs if possible but I'll definitely bear them in mind.

Depends on what you want as a outcome. I'd say wait as long as you can.

Same in something like the ED-55 cut, overdyed though.
