Ive been thinking, why dont we do something together?

Ok just to start things off can we get an idea of who wants what level of involvement for example?
(only make up titles etc, just to gauge real interest)

Assuming we run with a suggested T shirt business then,

Organisers
Web designers
Artists
Voters ,Ideas man and feedback on designs.
Other.

Also your level of desired investment

£10
£50
£100
£200
Other - specify.

And any other ideas towards team structure you have.

the way i see it working from what has been said so far would be a core team of perhaps 3/5 guys, then with artists and designers and other skill setters spinning off them with say another 3/5 guys. Then with a pool of shareholder types firing ideas, feedback and voting on decisions.and their voting powers. Input/vote value of course weighted against investment, ie £10 1 vote £20 2 votes etc. Owner ship would also be broken down into something like 49% shareholders total stake, 51% broken down into the organisors and skills guys.. So keeping control to those who put more likely the most $ in and of course the most time and effort.

Just ideas of course feel free to disagree.

* However No more haters and disbelievers please, had enough of them in the sweepstakes and santa threads early days, and well in a word "blown".

not a bad idea that.. 100 people is a lot of people to go into business with tho. maybe 10 people with £1000 would be better, then other people as £100 shareholders

bet all the money on one of Matts footie tips
invest in a timeshare www.aberfoyleholidays.com
put it all on the stock market
organise a huge party in london

all ideas have huge potential to flop!

So how would it work then?
I mean would you have a board of say 5-10 people ultimately making the decisions on behalf of its 'shareholders' or what?

Sounds like a laugh but most would be freeloaders in the end trying to pick up the returns of any profit made in my view

ye, who would be accountable? not sure if a) there are 100 'regulars', or b) a 100 people that would throw a ton in for a ;laugh; especially as the majority are students struggling to eat after buying a dh top lol

Idea

Get 10 fuk'ers £100 each - £1,000. Spend it on a load of t-shirts with our own designs printed on them, then sell them on Ebay. Split profits.

Who would be stupid enough to trust people that excessively gamble and people that think student loans are free money.

I agree that there's EASILY enough people on here to make something successful, but nobody would ever agree on how to go about it.

Its only £100, not like life savings mate? And just nominate someones whos "in" as to the person all the money gets sent to etc

Btw who gambles excessivly (Never lost more than £200 in total betting in my whole entire life) and who is the student loan person?

I wasn't targetting anybody specifically, I was trying to make the point that there's probably only one or two Fukers that have ever posted anything to suggest they have the knowledge to make it work.

Obviously I expect there to be people on here that run a business, but choose not to post about it.
