Milky Joe and Old Gregg were good episodes but its a bit hit and miss. I liked it when it was first on TV (didnt get into the radio version) but havent gone back to it unlike League of Gentlemen, Alan Partridge etc

Granted, it's an acquired taste. It's not the sort of thing you can have on in the background and pick up on, takes a moment to get your head round it. Give it another chance and watch the second series, it's alot better.

Ironically, making up an acronym like that, is a really lame, student thing to do.

it doesn't even use the right letters Laughing out loud

i like it, its funny. but thats my sense of humour, i love things like that and league of gentlemen and then i hate little britain, the office, extras...to me its boring. i like things that are a bit surreal. i can see why people don't like but

but you know what, don't like it don't watch it.

It's the noughties equivalent of Vic Reeves Big Night Out or the Mary Whitehouse Experience. Oh so wacky - oh so empty.

I agree about league of gentlemen its about the most original comedy ever. Gutted they stopped when they did but the movie was a bit of a let down.

I find Noel Fielding hilarious apart from when he's in The Mighty Boosh. Just can't see it, but everyone says to watch the second series as it's better. Do I need to see the first to appreciate it?
