content-wise yep

these are the guidelines, I'm checking with the manufacturer about graphic reqs: vector, psd etc etc..

* For this first competition, the design will be printed onto the front of a black bamboo T-shirt.
* Dimensions of design: maximum 12 inches wide by 15 inches deep.
* No minimum size for design.
* Maximum 2 colours. 1 side only
* Enter as many times as you like

Laughing out loud thats not really two colours.
Itlooks like its screen prints not transfers, so you aint screen printing that.
