I have studied in:

Coventry - shithole, the term "sent to Coventry" exists for a reason

Dundee - really good fun, very high student population

if I had to choose somewhere to study again, it would be Edinburgh

i wouldn;t go to uni in london, i would feel very anonymous as the city is huge and there aren't many students proportion wise. I have visited friends at brighton, manchester, leeds and oxford (brookes) all of which had loads of students and good nightlife

I have been to Coventry, would say its getting better as a city, however i am from the city so may be biased, and i am now currently at Birmingham which i would recommend, depending on what you're after, brum is good for that big city feeling lots going on etc etc

Leeds has everything you need for the proper student experience. What grades are you looking at though, you don't want to go to a poly when you could be going to a red brick.

I went to Portsmouth, don't ever go there. I lived in Brighton a few years ago and would have loved to have been a student there.

An ex of mine was from from Bristol and when ever we went out there I always thought it would have been a great place to study.

Study in Brighton...I just started at Sussex there. Such a great place to be at the moment.

Its about 3 hours from home and near enough London if you wanna pop up for a bit. Good clubs, pubs, shops etc.

Don't go to Southampton, I live about half an hour away and its such a hole. NOTHING to do and full of chavs. Good uni I suppose but still...

I have taken Brighton into consideration. My ex is going there so can't be bothered with the hasstle TBH.

Yeah i live outside London, Surrey area) would be good to pop home every other weekend so i do not loose touch with my mates.

Nottingham might be a good option actually

werd. plus london's fukking expensive which doesn't help student life.

i went to uni of surrey in guildford. loved it. all contained in a campus, like your own little world. you could venture into town if you wanted or you could stay in your student bubble.
