Why can I only sometimes track my own/other fuker's track on the forum?

mine stopped working about 6 months back. Then about twice a week it will work. Then stop, fucks me off.

Dumb question: When you track someone, is the "last updated" thing the last time they checked that page, or the last time someone posted in it :S
