I heard that the land is has been sold for real estate and that they weren't making enough money from the business, which was strange as when I went recently it was rammed.

the dogs and the car park opposite have both been sold for real estate, apparently went for 50 million.
havent been down there in a few years but its a shame that its shutting, good night out.
might try and get down there this week before it shuts.

the dogs is a proper laugh. monmore green up here is wicked on a thursday evening.

dogs is always a craic, the actual races are a sideshow to the people watching, boozing and build up.
