Why? Laughing out loud

Me and a flatmate at uni used to have chilli eating contests, only ever managed one Scotch bonnet though because my legs got really itchy. Laughing out loud

all very CSB.... beers post work then picking up food on the way home... decided to do some roast vegetables
saw the bonnets and thought (after 6 pints and egged on by my flatmate) it might be a good idea to throw a few into the mix
immediately started hiccuping, then streaming eyes/nose.... then drank all the milk, then yoghurt
had to go to bed.... arse like the japanese flag this morning... no itchy sensation though andy

What's the best way to make milkshakes? I use a bit of milk and lots of ice cream but if I blend it it goes all watery (or milky) if I barely blend it it's cool but not really the right texture. Places I go to always blend them so I can't figure out how you blend them so they stay thick?

dont use lots of ice cream/milk, usually needs a couple of bananas as they help thicken.
