What's the best way to make milkshakes? I use a bit of milk and lots of ice cream but if I blend it it goes all watery (or milky) if I barely blend it it's cool but not really the right texture. Places I go to always blend them so I can't figure out how you blend them so they stay thick?

dont use lots of ice cream/milk, usually needs a couple of bananas as they help thicken.

add a bit of ice, don't blend fully

Laughing out loud

Prosecutor May Li said cops searched Banwell and found four more chillies in his pocket, a stolen milk shake, fruit juice and a clarinet stashed in his waist-band, missing from a music shop

I know we're not talking about criminal masterminds here, but why do people shoplift low value items that they're not going to use and (presumably) have no resale value? Or is it just a case of getting what they can without necessarily thinking? (PM the Class thread)

Saw a guy being stopped leaving Sainsbury's because he had a roll of Sainsbury's Basics greaseproof paper down his trousers!

i shoplift every single time i go shopping. (big shop)
usually flowers that i neither want nor need.
ive never ever nicked anything i actually buy.
dont know why, think it makes you think you are not actually a criminal cos it isnt stuff you need. or even if you get caught you can convince them and yourself that its a genuine mistake cos its nothing you buy in youre weekly shop, so youre not really a thief.
i do it to get a little back from their huge profits.

Yeah, I reached Almost Famous a couple of weeks back. Was really decent (although being in the NW I don't really have anything to compare it to). Messy as fuck though. Full roll of kitchen towel on the table was a nice, much needed, touch.
